Staying here was truly memorable, thanks to the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from our Charme Double Room with Matterhorn View. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel special throughout our stay. The entrance to the hotel is captivating and sets a luxurious tone right from the start.

The breakfast offerings were average and did not meet the high standards set by other aspects of our stay.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Schoenegg! The Matterhorn view from our room was amazing. The staff, especially during our dinner, were accommodating despite minor hiccups with the menu options. Zermatt's charm added to our wonderful experience. Can't wait to return!
